We are excited to be moving forward with the construction of Phase 2 of Silverstone Estates Patio Homes in the Crown Isle Golf Community in Courtenay, BC. We are also getting closer to completing the homes in Phase 1 which will be ready for occupancy during the first half of 2022. 

Phase 2 of Silverstone Estates includes 10 patio homes in a variety of floor plan sizes ranging from 1,437 to 1,747 sq. ft. This phase faces the 15th fairway on the Crown Isle Golf Course and residents in these homes will enjoy a spectacular sunset over the Comox Glacier.
